How long does it take to ship and deliver an order?

Photo prints take 3 days, illustrated products take 6-9 days, with total fulfillment ranging from 7-18 days based on product and location.


Has my order been confirmed?

Upon placing your order, you'll receive an email confirmation containing your Order ID.

What are the shipping charges?

We Provide FREE SHIPPING on all orders with no minimum value. 

How do I track my order?

After your shipment has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your Tracking ID and service provider details. If you can't locate the tracking information in your email or have additional questions about tracking, feel free to contact us at customer.relations@theminimalstrokes.com or reach out to us at +91 8595526943. Our team will be happy to assist you and furnish the required details.

Is (COD) Cash On Delivery available?

Cash on delivery is not available at the moment. Since all the products are uniquely customized according to each individual's needs. 

Can I change the details given for my order? 

Once an order is placed, the provided details cannot be altered. This includes any changes to pictures, text, or address information. We advise you to double-check your details during the ordering process to ensure accuracy. Your attention to detail is appreciated.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

 Unfortunately, we do not process cancellations once an order is successfully placed due to our streamlined process.

Can I have special packaging for my order?

We do not offer additional gift wrapping services as our products come elegantly packaged in specially designed, gifting-friendly packaging.

I have received a damaged product, what should I do?

If you happen to receive a damaged product, kindly record an unboxing video as evidence and contact us promptly at customer.relations@theminimalstrokes.com. We will swiftly address the issue and work towards a resolution. 

How can I opt out of having my product featured on your marketing channels or social media handles?

Certainly, if you prefer not to have your product showcased on our social media handles, kindly specify your request in the "Order Instructions" section during checkout. We deeply respect your privacy and will ensure your preferences are honored.

In the scenario where the shipping company returns the parcel, what steps should be taken?

In instances where a shipment faces challenges in delivery due to customer related issues such as inaccurate address details, entry restrictions, incorrect phone numbers, customer unavailability, refusal, or any other customer-related issues, the responsibility for both re-shipping and return charges lies with the customer. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring smooth delivery processes.

If the parcel is returned to us for reasons not mentioned above, especially due to issues with the logistics company, we will cover the associated charges.

Do we provide refunds?

Regrettably, we do not offer refunds at The Minimal Strokes. The non-resellable nature of customized products and the importance of clear instructions during ordering reinforce our no-refund policy.

What types of images work best for illustrations?

 We suggest submitting high-resolution images that are clear, detailed, and showcase distinct features. 

Where and when can I expect to receive the Approval Copy for illustrated products?

If you've chosen an Approval Copy, it's crucial to check your submitted email for a prompt response. Any delays in approval may consequently affect the delivery timeline of your customized product. Approval copy will be sent within 3-5 days of placing the order.
