Shipping Policies

  • (COD) Cash on Delivery is not available at the moment. Since all the products are uniquely customized according to each individual's needs. 

  •  Shipping Methods
    We ship PAN India, delivering to 20,000+ pincodes and have integration with the following delivery partners:

  • Shipping Cost
    We provide PAN-India free shipping on all orders above ₹ 999.
    Flat ₹99/- for orders below ₹999.

  • Fulfilment Time Frame
    Total fulfilment time for each order is 7-12 days depending on type of product, location and any unforeseen circumstances. 

    If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

  • Order Processing Time Frame
    All orders require processing time before shipment. 
    -       All the Photo Print Products are usually dispatched in 2 days.
    -       All the Illustrated Products are usually dispatched in 3-6 days. 

  •  Shipping Time Frame
    Once the order is processed, a final round of quality check is done. After this, your orders are handed over to our trusted delivery partners. 

    Estimated shipping time of your orders :
    -       Delhi and Nearby States: 2-3 business days for delivery
    -       Rest of the India: 2-5 business days for delivery.

    Please note that these are only estimates, and actual delivery times may vary based on factors such as location, courier efficiency, and any unforeseen circumstances.

  • Order Tracking
    You will receive your tracking number on your email once your order has been shipped or you can tap on the “My orders” section on the Website to check your order status. 

  • Lost Packages
    In the rare event that your order is lost by the courier company during transit, we want to assure you that we will promptly provide you with a replacement product at no additional cost to you.

  • Returns due to Failed Deliveries
    If a shipment cannot be delivered due to reasons such as an inaccurate/wrong address, entry restricted area, incorrect phone number, customer unavailability, refusal, or any other customer-related issue, the customer will be responsible for both the re-shipping and return charges. 
    If the parcel is returned to us for reasons not mentioned above, especially due to issues with the logistics company, we will cover the associated charges.

  • Holiday Periods
    During peak seasons or holidays, anticipate potential delays. We recommend placing orders well in advance during these periods.
