Refunds and Replacements

At The Minimal Strokes we do not provide Refunds as we take pride in creating bespoke products that are tailored to your unique specifications.

  • Why We Don't Offer Refunds:
    Customization: All our products are customized based on your specific requirements, making each piece unique to you. Non-Resellable Nature: Once a product is created to meet your distinct needs, it becomes non-resellable. Our focus on customization means that we cannot accept returns and resell customized items to other customers.

  • Clear Instructions Matter:
    To ensure your complete satisfaction, we encourage you to provide us with clear and accurate instructions when placing your order. This ensures that your customized product is crafted precisely according to your vision.

  • Damaged or Defective Products:
    While we do not offer refunds for customized products, we are committed to your satisfaction. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately.You will need to inform us of any damages/defects within 3 days of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.
    How to avail replacement in case of damaged/defective items? In the rare event that you encounter any issues, recording the unboxing process provides clear evidence of any damage or defects.  We will work diligently to address the issue and provide a suitable resolution. 

    Once an order is successfully placed, it enters our streamlined process to ensure swift dispatch and delivery. Unfortunately, we do not process any cancellation requests once the order is placed.
